Sports organizations are spending more than ever on cultural programming, heritage nights, and community initiatives. Most of it isn't working the way they want it to. Not because the intention isn't there. Because the strategy isn't. Showing up authentically for underrepresented communities whether that's the African diaspora, Latino fans, LGBTQ+ communities, or Black and brown audiences requires more than a themed night and a social post. It requires someone who understands both sides. How sports organizations operate internally. And what these communities actually need to feel seen and valued.
That's where I come in.
Community Activation Strategy: I help organizations design and execute cultural moments that feel authentic to the communities they're built for. Pre-event, night-of, and post-event. The full picture, not just the night.
Storytelling and Content: I develop the narratives, campaigns, and content strategies that make community work land beyond the moment it was created for.
Advisory and Consulting: I work with organizations as an outside strategic voice helping teams think through how to show up credibly in communities they may not have deep relationships with yet.
Production: When the scope calls for it, I lead end-to-end production. Bringing in the right crew, managing the vision, and delivering content that serves the strategy it was built around.
Sports leagues, teams, and clubs building authentic relationships with underrepresented fan communities.
Brands looking to show up credibly in sport and culture without feeling performative.
Organizations doing meaningful work at the intersection of sport, identity, and community who need a strategic and creative partner to bring it to life.
If the work involves sport, culture, and a community worth showing up for the right way, this is the conversation worth having.
