Happy Independence Day Nigeria
“We just kind of grew up knowing what excellence was in our culture, and it’s just the staple and the standard ” – WNBA Champion/MVP & WNBPA President Nneka Ogwumike
In honor of Nigeria’s Independence Day today, I put this video together to showcase some of the many talented Nigeria athletes in sports. I know I’m forgetting tons of people, so BIKO forgive me. These athletes inspire me and I want to continue to use my platform to highlight Nigerians on and off the field/court in the sports industry. That’s why I started PostLikeUgo.
Happy Independence Day to my fellow Nigerians!!!
*Please note that I do not own any of the footage or music…. I just did it for Naija culture*

Dear Kobe
It still seems so surreal. With everything currently going on the world, I always find myself thinking about the moment I initially heard the news. I took a week off social media and that Sunday was my first day back on Twitter and Instagram. Unfortunately, right after church, that was the first thing I saw on my timeline. I didn’t want to believe it and thought somehow someway my childhood super hero would find a way to survive. What else would you expect from the Black Mamba.

Under Armour’s Career Combine is a selective early career program for 1st – 3rd year college students to have an opportunity to experience UA from the inside. The students interacted with Under Armour teammates, learned about the product lifecycle, and presented a new product for Under Armour in front of their peers and UA teammates.
The students were divided into seven teams and I got the opportunity to coach one of the teams. I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up to participate in this program. However, I’m glad I decided to partake in this. It felt great to provide guidance for the students working on their project but also give the students advice for their careers as well. Finally, I was inspired throughout the three-day program from being there and hearing the different speakers present.
Lastly, my team ended up winning the group presentation contest. Congrats again!

I made my acting debut in the latest Under Armour Stephen Curry video celebrating his 3rd NBA Championship. Check it out here:
2018 NBA All Star Weekend - JR NBA
This quote is on the walls of the Challengers Boys and Girls Club in Los Angeles, California. We were out there to capture video & photo content of the JR NBA Building Bridges Through Basketball event during this past NBA All Star Weekend. The event was put on by the NBA/JR NBA in partnership with Under Armour, RISE, Boys & Girls Clubs, and the LAPD. The 30 youth participants ran through basketball drills led by coaches, former NBA legends Robert Horry & Dee Brown, and NBA Rookie Josh Jackson. Not only does this facility provide the youth with a space to engage in physical activity, but there is also a newly renovated computer lab. As the kids enter the computer lab they will see this Stephen Curry's quote on the wall. I hope that this quote inspires them to want to reach their full potential.
THROWBACK - UGO SPORTS RADIO EP 1
During my senior year at the University of Maryland, College Park, I interned at Sirius XM Radio. As a Sports Programming Intern, I was tasked with editing audio clips of various professional & collegiate games & interviews for the different sports shows that Sirius XM had. For the internship class that I was taking along as well, we had to have a tangible item/project to showcase what we learned during the internship. As a result of everything learned, I decided to create a simulated radio show. Please note that I do not own the music or the radio audio calls, that you will hear below. I had fun time putting this show together.
